Customer Service Coordinator (Stoney Creek)

Join our team and take part in providing the highest level of customer care for our clients. We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator that will provide solutions regarding customer inquiries while remaining courteous and empathetic towards their concerns.


Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Schedule: Full-time OR part-time 25 to 30 hours per week - availability from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm
Salary: $17.00


• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Call customers to validate orders and confirm the appointments
• Handle customers’ concerns and/or issues and ensure follow up with proper solutions
• Accurately document and record customer/client information in the CRM

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
