I'm looking for someone to share the apartment with, otherwise I might just give it up (which I don't want to). It's a one-bedroom and you'd have it to yourself most of the time. So if you're someone who enjoys their solitude, this could be a good fit for you. But again, I'll still be using it a couple days each week for work.
Apartment is on the east mountain near Mohawk and Upper Ottawa. There's one parking spot that I use and there's plenty of street parking available. Laundry in building. No smoking, no pets (but might consider a cat).
